Ever since Lion came out with Launchpad, it’s been a nice feature, but I’ve never really found myself using it all too much. Now with Mountain Lion, Launchpad has been polished a little and it is a more reliable solution.
Starting today I’m going to hide the dock on my Mac and try to use Launchpad only for launching my applications.
This is going to require a complete reorganization of my Launchpad, but I believe this is where the OS is going as a whole.
If I am wrong, then so what, I have a well organized Launchpad as a backup to my dock. Here’s to you Dock, it’s been fun. Hello, Launchpad.
